An uneven palate roof, is it possible to install expansion device? Possible asymmetric expansion?

I am a 36-year-old man. My palate roof is uneven, meaning the right half stands higher than the left. I've attached a picture where the CBCT slice is in line with molars no.6. I also added GIF file from front to back to demonstrate.

I believe it's due to a blow in the face I got when I was a kid.

Is it possible at all to install an MSE or a MARPE device on such a palate roof? Will it lead to asymmetric expansion?
