Help needed! Monkey problem in society!

There is a stray monkey roaming in my society since weeks who is agressive as well as tends to destroy things and attack stray puppies and children. Can anyone help what to do or provide contact of someone who can rehabilitate it by leaving it in jungle. It is still not a full adult monkey.
