iphone 13 screen keeps freezing and only way to fix it is to turn it off then on

iphone screen keeps freezing and only works when I turn my phone off then on again. I also can’t type the letter O and I have to use text to speech to type. sometimes my screen spazzes out and types random stuff when i’m using the keyboard. IDK what to do someone help just updated to ios 18.2 and it’s still doing it. it’s so laggy too and yes i’ve tried restarting
