its my first time on this subreddit, so bare with me. whenever I lie down my brain starts thinking about EVERTYHING? I’ll be dead tired all day from work, but the second I get into bed, I’m wide awake. I start thinking about my work for the next day, conversations I had before, and other random shit. I’ve tried the usual stuff like white noise, and sleepy tea but nothing’s working. What’s the most annoying thing that keeps you from falling asleep? I feel like I’m missing something and would love to know what other people are dealing with and how they overcame this problem.
