Mall AC making life hell.

This mall next to my house has these outdoor units for their AC’s facing my house. It’s not even 8mtrs away. Our life has become hell because of the constant noise and the air blowing out of it. I can’t even imagine the damage it has on our health. We cannot open any window that is on this side of the house, which includes a kitchen also. Can someone let me know what can I do?
