Is there any chance of increasing my legs height?
I, 20M, have a long spine and my upperbody is in a good shape and height. But I find my legs are shorter.
I used to go to gym for like 1 year and then I stopped and took a break for another year. At that time I focused on my legs workout a lot and I used to hit legs 3 times a week and my friends say this is the reason my legs are not growing any height. Is this true? If not then how can I grow my legs?
