Great Circle - Code Redemption

My wife pre-ordered Indiana Jones and the Great circle premium edition physical copy for the Xbox Series X.  I received as a Christmas gift.  I installed the game last night and downloaded the updates before redeeming the codes.  After the install and game updates I then redeemed my two codes. The first code was a postcard that came in the game case and allowed me access to the digital artbook.  The second was emailed to my wife after game release on Dec. 6th, listed on her invoice as free, and supposed to be for the Last Crusade Pack.  The second didn’t download anything or install anything after redeeming.  The postcard code only downloaded the digital artbook.  When putting the game disc in and playing the game, it looks like I am missing the below content and can’t find it in the game.

The Last Crusade Pack (Pre-Order Bonus) – This was the one that didn’t appear to download/install anything after entering

Is there anyway to verify the codes actually downloaded what they were suppose to?  Am I suppose to see these right away when starting the game as options to select?
