How reliable and good is BetterLyf - Online psychological counseling? Is there any other good suggestions

I searched through the internet for online counseling in India. And a particular Quora question (link) had a lot of answers mentioning Manastha. There were 63 answers for that question and most of them were mentioning Manastha, describing how awesome there service are. I got suspicious and searched on LinkedIn and Facebook. And as expected, none of the searches was fruitful. I couldn't find any real persons with the info provided in their Quora profiles. So I lost trust in Manastha.

Also, I found out that there is a service called BetterLyf. They were offering complete anonymity. And I couldn't find much about them online apart from a few google reviews. I would be happy if someone from r/india community who has some experience with BetterLyf or any other good and trustworthy online counseling service in India. Anonymity is very important.
