Why MBA review
"Making a career decision at a young age—you’re expected to choose a path before fully understanding what suits you, often influenced by what’s most visible. In my family, becoming a Chartered Accountant wasn’t just a career choice; it was almost a tradition. With my grandfather, uncles, and elder sister all CAs, I naturally assumed I would follow the same path. With no other career examples around me, CA seemed like the best and only option. But as I progressed through my studies, I felt something was missing. I enjoyed the structure and discipline, but my curiosity pulled me toward something more dynamic—how brands connect with people and shape consumer experiences. The turning point came when I took on a marketing role while organizing the National Conference for CA Students. For the first time, I was doing something that truly excited me—creating campaigns, engaging audiences, and crafting strategies that made an impact. That’s when I realized my passion wasn’t in accounting, but in marketing. Rather than seeing my CA journey as a detour, I view it as a stepping stone that shaped my thinking and problem-solving approach. It strengthened my analytical skills, taught me discipline, and helped me approach marketing with a structured, strategic mindset. More importantly, it gave me the clarity to reassess my true interests and make a confident, informed decision about my future. Now, I am eager to pursue an MBA—an opportunity to refine my skills, build on my strengths, and transform my passion into a meaningful career."
