Financial Aid For IGCSE and O level private candidates.

I am considering signing up as a private candidate for either IGCSEs or O levels, but the fees are a bit too high for my family to pay within the normal registration period. What steps should I take for financial aid or any kind of discount? If there aren't any, what if I can't pay my registration fee within the normal registration period? For context I am from Bangladesh.
