Dumb question but would a regularly fit 30 year old be able to climb/ ski tucks?

I’m not in shape by any means but I am also not out of shape. I play basketball 1-2 times a week and am an expert level skier. I’ve done various hike to terrain out west such as highland bowl, few hikes at telluride, whistler etc. I’ve also done some serious hikes in the summer like delta lake. Wondering how these compare to tucks which is obviously a longer climb but lowers elevation
