Contacts missing on iCloud

I need to factory reset my XR to hopefully fix the problems I’ve been facing for months but noticed my contacts on the iCloud website is missing by 3 numbers, I have in total 23 contacts.

So, 3 are missing when I go to the website and I have toggled on & off to reset the contacts on my iPhone but still nothing.

Any help is much appreciated.
