Losing all hope. Doctor has too

Losing hope

For the sake of brevity, I’ll leave out a long story that goes with this.

35 male other wise healthy

Treatment resistant hypertension with PVCs and tachycardia since 18 years of age. On 4-5 BP meds nothing really works.

Renal artery scan - nothing

Aldosterone abnormalities - none Adrenal gland scan - perfect

Sleep study - no apnea

Cortisol- perfect

MRI is perfect other than my atrium becoming very enlarged as a result of uncontrolled hypertension

All other blood work - perfect

Diuretics? Make me feel lighter but no BP response

Cardiologist gave up on me. I’m 140/85 - 165/108, I’m orthostatic positive so I drop and sometimes rise based off of movement. Sometimes no reason, sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes I’m fainting with syncope.

I feel like I’m 95 with zero energy. I have to nap by 1 pm.

Lisinopril max dose, amlodipine max dose, metoprolol max dose, lasix max dose…nothing.

Told my doctor I guess the only answers I’ll find will be in my autopsy, she had nothing to say.
