Day 4 of headache back of head

I’m a 33 F and for the past few days I’ve had an ongoing headache in the top back of my head that is accompanied with some nausea and dizziness that comes in waves.

It has moments where it teeters back from being barely noticeable to me needing to may down. The dizziness and nausea I can only describe as like having a hangover minus the alcohol.

Any tips would be appreciated- I’m missing so much work due to this and can afford to miss another day, but I’m also getting car sick on top of it!
