Housing Crisis still ongoing

I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining about this but why the heck are we still being charged SO MUCH for rent?

Building more apartments aren’t going to get people off the streets when you continue to charge so freaking much for them. Shheeeeshhh.

I’m currently actively looking for an apartment to rent with my partner but everything is just too ridiculous. I’ve come by multiple listings for $1500 a month for a 1 bedroom one bath only to realize after clicking on it and reading, it’s only for a BEDROOM in a shared apartment.

I miss the day when I used to pay $750 for a 2 bedroom apartment 😭

Also, if you’re one of those people renting a room in your apartment, please be kind and actually put that detail in the listing title. Getting fed up with every one titled “apartment for rent” only to click on and reading that it’s just a room in an apartment lol
