Suggestions on how to reach out

Actually im a very shy person who never had female friends or been in a relationship, i see boys are nowadays very confident and experienced while talking to women so i often feel overwhelmed that would a girl judge me on how i talk because i think i become overexcited or nervous and often become very quiet in front of any girl, i dont have any experience but now im in my mid 20s somewhat wanting to step out of my comfort zone, im stuck in this loop of overthinking and judging myself before anyone else so often back out. So will this be a bad impression on you guys, im just in dilemma on what to do, what to say to start a light and casual conversation, honestly i have no idea to go about it.

Also, where to reach out as well, are women comfortable if someone tries to be friends with them in office space (i m always very afraid to even talk extra in office spaces), is it good to reach out to any random person to gain confidence, im really sorry if this doesn't make any sense, im basically screwed on where to go about to find that one special person and how to talk so that they are also interested to talk further. I can talk on anything but that starting point is quite a hurdle for me and also im an overthinker. So, i would be grateful if lovely ladies of this sub can put across their views. Many thanks!.
