Insurance for new green card holders

Hi all, My parents and brother recently got their greencards and moved to the US. My parents are both retired and my brother goes to college. What are some options for their health insurance, since i don’t think they qualify for medicare or medical. My dad is 75 and my mom is 60. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
