What's the best SD card for GoPro?

I've been using my dad's GoPro Hero 4 Black for almost 2 years now and I decided to upgrade to the new GoPro Hero 13 Black. What are the best options for sd cards for the new GoPro? Is it worth it to buy a larger card, i.e. 512GB or it's better to have a few smaller once, i.e. 64GB, 128GB? Also, how much footage can be recorded on those?
