Finally nailed the Loopy Whisk sandwich bread!

I’m so excited! This is my third attempt and I feel like I finally got it perfect! It’s so flexible, tender, and delicious! It’s like eating real gluten bread. My first attempt was a total fail, second attempt was close, and this attempt it’s literally perfect. I have it stored in an air-tight container as recommended, so I’m hoping it stays soft! I’d love to make a good sandwich for lunch tomorrow with it.

I was nervous because it took quite a bit of extra millet flour while kneading it to get it smooth and workable. I thought it was going to come out dense and gummy with how much extra I needed, but it came out so soft and normal! I’m excited to try more bread recipes now.
