Loopy Whisk Ciabatta Thins
I love the O’Doughs sandwich thins, but the soy flour in them does not like me back. Plus they’re expensive.
I figured I’d try a roll recipe, and just make them thinner, adjusting the baking time.
Kat’s ciabatta rolls seemed like a good candidate for this!
I’m calling these a success!
Letting the dough rest for a while before rolling it out made it much easier to handle.
These taste delicious snd have a fabulous texture.
