Account validation

Hi. I just created my account and my gitlab page yesterday. But, followed a tutorial made in 2021. When I go to Ci/CD (pipelines), I find you need to verify your account. I know why, because it's to limit crypto minining, etc.. But, is there another way that credit card, because I'm 17. Please.
