change in entry test date

the NET date im getting rn is 4th july. since giki's test series will start from 4th july as well, i'm concerned about getting the same date for both tests. if i email giki, will they make sure to allot me some other date? also, at what time and venue does the giki test usually take place (in islamabad)?
