Clarification on time under clamping
Hello. I am a little confused as to what the correct sets for clamping are, considering the P.E. trends and meta changes constantly due to new research. Personally, when training for girth, I do 4x 5-minute sets of clamping (which I think is expansive clamping) and 1x10-minute set of clamping (which I think is hypoxic clamping). I use a couple of donut-shaped cock rings that are tight enough to maintain my erection and keep me more engorged than usual (I am usually about half a centimeter thicker while clamping which I consider to be adequate expansion under constriction.) Are these sets and more importantly, these times right? Do you think I should do longer sets or prefer hypoxic to expansive clamping or vice versa?
