health system sucks?!

hey everyone! i need to vent and maybe get some advice.

my bf is sick for 3 months now. horrible pains in his belly, nausea, feeling bad all the time. first, it took 3 general doctors appointment and 3 weeks of pill for him to be referred to a gastro doctor, who asked for an endoscopy. the exame took 3 weeks for results and came out as inconclusive. at the end, more than 2 months went by and they referred him for a psychiatrist☠️☠️☠️ mind you the psychiatrist have appointment for middle next year and he is now taking anxiety medication but it hasn't helped.

weeks have gone by and he came back to the doctor to ask for help because he is in pain and there must be something wrong with him and they said there was nothing they could do.

im speechless with this situation. im from brasil and when i had stomach problems i have an appointment, tests and results within a week. it has been 3 months, he cannot work or study, we missed trips we had planned. he is gonna miss important opportunities in the next weeks because he cannot do anything other than feel sick.

idk what else to do to help my bf. he has been trying different diets and home tests and now some private lab tests will be done as well. nothings seems to help or to give us an answer and im really scared and chocked how the health system is. we pay 130 euros per month to get insurance and this is just ridiculous.
