What do you feed your GSD and why?

I currently feed him Instinct Raw freeze dried gut health and it’s been great. Lately I noticed he’s scratching more and asking for more scratches. Some areas under his hair are showing slightly red. I like to change the food and wanted to see what everyone is using.
