Tablet install recommendations?

Just installed an aftermarket radio and it cancels the function of the original top nav system. Would like to install a tablet as I’ve seen people have just want to know any recommendations of some that are responsive and not slow, not running out of battery fast, and especially since it gets to like 115 degrees out here in AZ during summer
