Debt! sell off collection?

I’ve been on a downward spiral financially, it’s getting to the point that I can’t sleep and the more I try I can’t seem to save. I was wondering if any of you have gone through that and if I should start selling off big parts of my collection to get out of the debt. I love what I have collected but it just sits on a shelf. Would love the advise
