ÇALHANOGLU curl it in evo but he’s only 38k

Am I missing something here with this or is he that shit in game and doesn’t play anywhere near his stats. Looking at all his playstyles and positioning with deep lying playmaker ++ how is is so cheap? I was expecting him to be around the 6-800k mark. Yet someone like pascal gross is nearly 200k and can’t be put in the evo. My brain is having a hard time understanding the logic of this game 🤣
