When does the irritability go away

2 weeks on T here and very mentally unstable, mostly just pissed off and overwhelmed all the time. Does it get better and how long does it take for this shit to die down. I'm going insane, feeling like throwing all my shit out the window and ripping up grass and dirt and eating it with my bare hands.
