How to go about dating?

Im about to head to college and this is when i’m going to really start talking to girls and dating. In high school i definitely messed around with girls and had multiple experiences but obviously because of my circumstances i never took my shirt or pants off. (I have top surgery scars and haven’t gotten bottom surgery yet) I messed around to a certain extent because no one knows that I’m transgender. I’ve always been stealth and will continue to be stealth for my entire life. How do I go about dating and at what point should I tell the girl? I realize how challenging this will be but I thought I’d ask you all. I know dating won’t be that easy and I might not even get the chance to safely do it until after college but I want to at least try. Also I’m thinking about the future and the line of work I’m going into would definitely be way harder if a girl outted me. My life in general would be way harder if a girl ever decided to publicly out me. Please let me know if you have any advice.

TLDR: I’m stealth and no one knows I’m transgender so how should I go about dating in college and how/when should I tell the girl?
