Dose william only kill kids?

So i've been thinking about something... Has William ever succeeded with killing an adult Or did he only target children, i don't know if it happened in the books but in the games, i'm pretty sure he only targeted kids, witch higher would have to say, isn't really scary... It's more creepy you know?
