Advice: exercise modifications while TTC?

Going on our second month TTC after a miscarriage in November. My workout routine consists of:

  • 4 strength training days (progressive overload)
  • 30-75 minutes running, usually intervals such as 90s run 45s walk
  • 10-12k steps per day

I’m trying to determine if I need to/should pull back at all post-ovulation to help support implantation?

The TWW has been challenging for me mentally, so taking exercise out feels daunting, but I also want to support getting pregnant as much as possible.

I do not do any moves that add weight to my pelvis like hip thrusts etc.

I was thinking to be sure I only get to like a 7 RPE max?

Advice?
