Has anyone been promoted by DOGE?

Apparently Elmo said in a tweet today that “Hundreds of federal workers are being promoted every time we (dept of gov efficiency) encounter excellence”

I smell BS. There are thousands of us here. Surely someone on this thread would’ve gotten a promotion if it’s truly hundreds on a daily basis, right?
