Fasting for pain management

I've been fasting for about a year. Mostly 15 day, 7 day, or 3 day. I'm coming up on completing a 7 day and I just wanted to say that fasting has been the best thing for my back pain. Aside from weight benefits, I don't wake up with back pain nor do I experience my typical back pain throughout the day. Anyone else with positive experiences related to fasting and pain management? I would love to hear it.
