Shipping Stuff - LA to Spain for a move

Does anyone have recommendations on shipping companies? Probably need just one container. Also how long did it take from LA or any other city in the US to actually get to Spain?

If anyone has a checklist or any advice to share for the big move would be appreciated:)

We are a family of 2 parents 2 kids - me and kids will have citizenship, my partner will not, we are not married legally. - Any advice is appreciated on this too for his residency.
