Help with my print. Too stringy and not layer adhesion

Hi, can someone give me some pointers in what could be wrong and causing these problems (pics). I replaced the nozzle, leveled the bed, lower printing speed and this keeps happening; the first couple of layers come out pretty well, then halfway through it gets really stringy, there’s holes and irregular printing all over the place. I’m using an ender 3 and YOUSU Silk Rainbow PLA Filament, printing at 40 mm/s.
