Helmet help

Backstory, in May I was in a pretty shitty wreck on my ebike doing 17.7mph. Managed to run into a construction trailer. Broken neck in 3 places, facial lacerations, lost 7 teeth, separated shoulder and torn rotator cuff. Having said all that, a normal bicycle helmet wouldn't have saved me from any of it, just based on how the accident happened. I'm thinking a full face helmet but not sure a motorcycle helmet would be the right thing. I ride 4.5 miles to and from work. Half of it is "rural", half city. 2 lane and 4 lane with maybe half on an actual bike lane. What brand/style would be best for me going forward?
