“Eagles don’t win their playoff games because of Jalen Hurts!”

I’m witnessing real NFL “analysts” say this and earn top dollar while apparently having no idea how football works.

In seasons where Jalen Hurts & the Eagles won playoff games, here were their team rushing rankings:

2022 152 rush yds/game (4th)

33.3 rush attempts/game (1st)

2024 178.7 rush yds/game (2nd)

36.4 rush attempts/game (1st)

2022 Divisional - 268 rush yds

2022 NFCCG - 148 rush yds

2025 Wildcard - 169 rush yds

What is difficult for people to understand? You have an elite OL. The best RB in football. And you run it more than ANYONE… I wonder why the QB won’t have the best passing statistics?

Fans & media alike bitched and moaned that the Eagles need to run the ball and center the offense around the ground game. And now they’ve done that & it isn’t good enough? I don’t know about you guys, I’m not interested in narratives. I’m interested in wins and losses. Jalen Hurts can be the QB for this team & win the Super Bowl. There is not a doubt in my mind.
