A Christmas miracle happened on my Switch

I haven’t played DW8: XL on my Switch since last year. I had put in so many hours getting a lot of characters to max level. I had 14 six star weapons. Honestly my most played DW ever. Easily over 100+ hours.

I lost my save data when my switch stopped working last year and I upgraded to the OLED. I redownloaded all my games and got the save data back for every game except DW8. I would check every so often if I missed something but it was never there.

Yesterday I was buying some games on the Eshop because so many games are on sale and came across DW8. Obviously it said purchased, but just for fun I went to the cloud saves and I was shocked when my save data showed up for DW8! I couldn’t believe it. I redownloaded the game back onto my system. Downloaded the cloud saves and I have everything right from where I left off! Ended up playing for almost 4 hours and it feels so good to have everything I grinded for back!

Also preordered Dynasty Warriors: Origins for PS5. I was going to do that anyway, but it felt so good to do it yesterday when I got my save data back.
