三 pronounced like 二

In the first Kanji lesson and and Unit 9’s first set, I swear that 三 is pronounced like 二 half the time.

Since it isn’t consistent between exercises, I’m assuming it is a bug and I’ve been flagging it systematically.

But now that it is happening in more than one exercise, I’m having doubts. Those 2 numbers can’t have the same pronunciation!
