Is there anything worst than du customer service in Dubai?

I was chatting with the du chat support and they give absolutely no fcuk about their customers. The issue is that I am unable to renew my bundle even though my card is charged. Credit appears in my app but I'm unable to renew my bundle anyway. I asked them to do it for me, they said they cannot. I asked them to transfer my credit to my other number, they said they cannot. I asked them to rever my funds into my card, they said they cannot. I asked the chat agent to connect me with a senior manager, they said they cannot. On the other hand I have received an SMS from du earlier saying my account will be deactivated due to inactivity. This is totally a way to scam people. Is there anything I can do here redditors?
