hello everyone, i am 21 M 165-170lbs, got introduced a job offer by a friend and it’s required a hair follicle test, and i have been smoking only carts for the past year or so every day, how long could i take to be clean for my hair?

p.s i would like to know some tips to be clean its 2025 and i gotta lock in fr its time to get money fr.
