Is appyhere a scam?

I applied to dollarama store associate on the AppyHere app. I applied and not even an hour later It said I was hired. I didn’t do an interview or anything like that which is kinda uncommon so I was a bit suspicious but I kept on going with the application. I got to a point where I needed to give my SIN number, banking info and a void cheque. Once again I was a bit suspicious because usually I would give that in person but I went on and gave the info. After all of this it said someone would be in touch soon and a couple minutes later I got a message on the app from someone that worked at the store but it just seemed like an automated message. The message said that dollarama HR has received the info and that I will get confirmation in 2 business days. I just want to know if this app is a scam or if it is legit because if I just gave away my SIN number and banking info then I’m screwed. If anyone can help or has been in the same situation before and can let me know what happened that would be great.
