Question about computer addiction as opposed to phones

I'm a teenager in school, and I want badly to have much less digital technology in my life, although my subconscious thinks otherwise. I've recently made huge advances in getting my phone screen-time down, now at about 1.5 hours a day. I do this by setting a screen time password, writing it down, and then making no effort to remember it. However, I still have some "relapse" days and I have more screen time doing mindless stuff on my computer. When I have a bunch of free time, I almost always have non-screen activities to do, projects to work on, and stuff with friends. I've found that when tech-addiction strikes the hardest is when I'm 1) Tired from school / need a break like lunch or directly after school. Then I usually go on a game or watch Reels instead of something else. 2) When I'm on my computer supposed to be doing school work (like right now). I often go onto Reddit for an hour instead of doing work, which greatly affects my productivity. It's frustrating because I can't just avoid my computer all-together, and it seems like all my peers just don't care about this stuff or are too addicted to even try. I'm just wondering what you all do in those times, to restrict or avoid distractions. I hope this is the right place to ask, thanks in advance.
