My TL / SM directly threatened me that she will tell management that this person does not wanna join daily-scrum, even though I never said that

So here's the story:

Usually whenever we have scrum call, if someone pinged some details to me somewhere, like jira, or teams, or mail, or somewhere else; which suppose I missed and did not saw. ... So Scrum-master will directly point out me and say, did not I checked this? or why did not I? ....
... For example, once a client messaged me, but I missed his message and saw 5 hours late or next day morning I recieved msg at EOD or later; then SM [scrum-master] will say that, I should have replied to him at that time only, why did not I replied?

Like this 3 or 4 times, such incidents has happened, where pointed me out even in scrum call, that I did not saw some message.

-- Coming to last incident

Now many times I send message in team-group, or to someone personally, like asking some queries or giving some updates? and sometimes no one replies whole day or not even acknowledges my message.

So this time in scrum call, SM was asking something that I already updated in team group [Which she probably did not saw]; She asks me to be alert on chat [sometimes very rudely] when she herself is missing messages

So, I just said something like, "I already posted in group, Did you not checked it" [I know instead of using 'not', I should have politely asked 'Did you got chance to check it']
-------- Then after scrum call she called me, and said that, I Why do we join scrum call, If you dont wanna join then just tell me, I will tell my upper management that this person does not wanna join scrum call etc.

I sounded so threatening, I did not wanted direct confrontation, so I subtly diverted this sitution politely [Though it is not victory, I just diverted it, feeling insulted and bad]

When its her fault its a different story; When it is my fault, then I am top tier criminal

Previous incidents:

She also once said, that she rated me high, which I did not deserved as per my stats, but she due to her indulgence rated me high, so my salary do not gets decreased. Although when she rated before, she also has appreciated me and I also have recieved rewards in this team this year, but now she said opposite, that I do not deserve.

Things like this has happened ccouple of times. What should I do?

Surely, I am planning a switch. But can I do anything here, till I am here?

Should I tell this to main manager? and complain? or anything else?
