Need to establish alumni committee in my college

I am graduating this summer and my college doesn’t have an alumcomm. If someone has an idea of what I could do it would be much appreciated.

I am in the placement cell and the lack of Alumni Network or even support has hindered lots of stuff for us and no one is placed here.

I would want to create impact here beyond my college and need help for the same.
