Sinamoi voice change glitch

There's a glitch on the original dead island game where during the lifeguard tower chapter, sinamois voice actor would randomly switch, I remember vividly this happening alot on the 360 version of the game.

There's videos on YouTube of this glitch happening but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced or seen this? There's no mention of this glitch outside of videos on YouTube, nor mention of this unused dialogue on the cutting room floor wiki.
