crash after lobby select but only on one character

DBXV2 loads for about a minute, then freezes for a few seconds and then crashes (no error message or anything) upon trying to load in with one save file, all other files work fine, already tried steam file integritation and reinstalling the entire game, what could be wrong with this safe file and how do I fix it?
