Canon Male V Look + Build Discussion

This is for Very Hard difficulty by the way :]

Possibly scorching hot take before we get to biz:
I believe Male V was a corpo. I understand the argument for Streetkid, and honestly it's tough to call, but it's just my feeling. Hell, I think Gavin's voice is perfect for Streetkid too, but there are story elements that I think work out better if Male V is a corpo. Plus, the corpo dialogues are preem.

So, if we look through all the promotional material, we can get a few things straight.

You have two ways to go in the face department. The clean cut 2018 version, or the full head of hair + beard one I'm sure everyone is much more familiar with.
On top of that there are two different hairstyle choices for non-buzz V but that's neither here nor there.

His face cannot be accurately created without mods but let's focus on all the things we do have.

  • - His eyes have been added in the new cosmetic update, which are the green Kiroshi's with the pink box. (Diner Trailer)
  • He has a Sandevistan and a Ballistic Coprocessor (Diner Trailer)
  • He uses Mantis Blades (Diner Trailer)
  • Uses multiple weapons that we have access to: Dying Light, Katana (unspecified), Overture, M-179 Achilles, G-58 Dian, etc.

Now, as far as the build goes, thanks to Phantom Liberty, we can pretty much make an all-around V right now. However, I really don't think we should be putting any points into INT. Someone please correct me or persuade me but anyway...

Now, I'm going to preface this part by saying this is entirely up to you. Everyone enjoys playing differently and you shouldn't just blindly agree with some gonk on the internet.

18 BODY - Survivability, nothing more. Can't have you flatlinin'. Adrenaline is CRUCIAL for melee builds on Very Hard.
20 REFLEXES - Mantis Blades! SMGs! And... a lot of dashing. Also necessary for survivability on Very Hard (plus it's fun!)
20 COOL - Use your Sandy while driving! Okay, it's actually really important with all those pistols you'll be using throughout the story. Also, good for a gift you get in Phantom Liberty! Plus, PL gives me spy vibes so maybe spec into stealth too if you got points left over?
