Freedom of curly/wavy hair

Does anyone else love the freedom of curly/wavy hair? And by that I mean how you can wear it a little messy with every piece not uniformed and it's fine because it's curly/wavy and it's unpredictable!

I grew up in the early 2000s where hair had to be stick straight and took 45+ minutes to straighten to get out all the kinks. In the past year I've embraced my waves and am loving the freedom of it!

I mean messy in a good way. As in every piece isn't perfectly placed and I'm good with that

*Hair routine: Day 0: wash day Day 1: wet in shower, curl cream, section and do gel + mousse, all together do mousse, then diffuse and use oil to SOTC Day 2: let it go Day 3: refresh day by wetting with spray bottle and adding more gel + mousse + diffuse Day 4: let it go Day 5: just pin back the front pieces that lose some shape

PICTURE is from Day 5!
